Before You Book

WHAT TO KNOW

To serve you best, please have ready the following information:

 Make, Model, Year, Transmission type (Auto, Manual) 2x4/4x4 or VIN.

Most of this information can be found on the vehicles' Title.


ADDITIONAL MILEAGE FEE'S: The FLEX standard service area is a 50 mile radius from central Tulsa. We will let you know upfront if there is an additional fee for your location, what the fee is and get your approval before completing your booking.


VEHICLE LOCATION: Vehicle must be in a safe location OFF of interstate highways or expressways. If your car is disabled in one of these areas, you must have it removed from the physical highway/expressway before you call FLEX.


AFTER HOURS REQUESTS: After hours assistance requires a $75 hold deposit to confirm appointment and dispatch.  


WARRANTIES: There are no warranties, expressed or implied, on services performed using customer provided auto parts.


RIDE POLICY: FLEX technicians are NOT allowed to provide customers transportation in employee vehicles due to insurance restrictions. We suggest you secure a cab or ride service if needed. This NOT part of our services.


PAYMENT: Payment is due at time of service completion. After hours appointments require a $75 hold deposit. When FLEX completes your after-hours repair, a $45 dollar credit will be issued to the final bill.

FLEX accepts cash and credit/debit cards. VISA, DISCOVER, AMEX, MasterCard.


*PLEASE NOTE: FLEX does NOT work on all makes and models of Foreign vehicles. Please call for inquiries about you particular foreign make.
